Vintage owl pendant necklace by an American design company, Sarah Coventry, who was one of the most popular jewellery brands of the mid-20th century. Today, its pieces from the 1960s and 70s are especially prized by costume jewellery collectors.
Signed "Coventry" at the back, the pendant is 9.3cm long and 4.4cm wide at its widest point and the lovely chain is 60cm long.
