A pair of vintage shell clip-on earrings by Kenneth Jay Lane, a celebrated American costume jewellery designer. He is most famous for producing costume jewellery for Jackie Kennedy so she can wear them more freely while keeping the valuable originals locked safely away.
These earrings are part of the Jackie Kennedy auction collection and a copy of the ones worn by her, which were later auctioned off for $25K.
37mm tall and 28mm wide.
